  This is a lisenced restaurant with excellent food. There is a spinach salad there that is excellent and my favorites are the gnocchi pasta dish and the steak sandwich on garlic bread. They also have wonderful daily specials. Enjoy

  Every dish here is amazing! You pay a little bit more than most places, but your also paying for a gourmet meal, that will not soon forget! We have takeout from Mulligans every week.

  Mulligan's used to be better. The food and atmosphere have changed over the last number of years. Wouldn't be my first choice in Winkler, but definitely not my last choice.

  Never been before but the service was great everyone was smiling their fries were so good and it was a nice atmosphere.
